Hello birdie! The wonderful scripty font! The rainbow birds! The subtle dot background! Oh my! The March 2018 My Monthly Kit from Hero Arts is swoon worthy.
On a piece of Bristol Smooth White cardstock, I heat embossed by birds. With my Zig Clean Real Color brush pens, I colored those sweet critters. To blend the colors, I used a shimmer pen which adds some sparkle and shine. On a top folding notecard, I used Versamark ink to stamp my background and coated it in Sparkle embossing powder by Hero Arts. This gave some interest to the background without distracting. I die cut my sentiment from black cardstock and stacked 4 die cuts together. After adhering my birds I laid the sentiment over the top. I used my shimmer pen and then glossy accents over the top. To finish the card off, I added some confetti sequins.
